Job Summary: Administer and process payroll for staff, managing personnel movements and resolving employee inquiries in a full-time role. Key Responsibilities: 1. Payroll administration and processing 2. Resolution of employee inquiries 3. Incident control and management of government portals **Job Description:** * Administer, calculate, and process staff payroll * Manage IDSE personnel movements (hires, terminations, etc.) and operate the INFONAVIT and FONACOT portals * Validate tardiness, absences, leaves, IMSS-related disabilities, and overtime hours prior to closing the pre-payroll to prevent subsequent adjustments * Resolve employee inquiries regarding their payroll **Required Knowledge:** * Payroll and severance calculation * Incident control * Proficiency with IDSE, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and SUA systems * Advanced Excel skills * Experience with CONTPAQi * Knowledge of ISR and ISN tax regulations * Work Risk Premium declaration * Calculation of service payments treated as salary income **Required Skills:** * Attention to detail * Responsiveness to employee inquiries * Proactive attitude * Respect and responsibility * Organizational skills * Teamwork **Requirements:** * *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field * *Experience:* Minimum 3 years in payroll functions * *Age:* 25 to 45 years old **Job Benefits:** * Statutory benefits * *Salary:* MXN 17,000 gross per month (Fixed \+ Variable based on objectives) * *Working Hours:* Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM (1-hour lunch break) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
