Be the driving force behind our major projects. ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Sciences, or related field. * Proven experience coordinating events (preferably in multi-environment venues). * Excellent skills in planning, organization, and time management. * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change. * Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship management skills. * Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on efficiency and quality. * Mandatory: Basic knowledge of sales and customer service within the events area. ***Main responsibilities:*** * Ensure proper execution of processes during event planning, implementation, and dismantling, in coordination with suppliers. * Efficiently manage operational costs, always seeking resource optimization. * Maintain the highest service quality standards. * Promote effective communication among all departments involved in event execution. * Drive innovation and continuous improvement in event management processes. ***What we offer:*** * Base salary. * Grocery vouchers. * Benefits from day one. * Employee meal menu.
