Join our mission to transform the restaurant industry with innovative technology! **What will you do?** * Train and provide client support * Assist in developing training materials, including manuals, guides, and tutorial videos. * Coordinate and conduct online and in-person training sessions. * Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and knowledge tests. * Stay updated on new software features and incorporate them into training programs. * Provide post-training support to answer questions and ensure successful software implementation. * Prepare monthly reports on training progress and outcomes. * Implement follow-up programs to ensure knowledge retention by clients. * Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements in training processes. * Maintain an updated database of trained clients and their competency levels. **What do you need?** * Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field * 1\-2 years of experience in training or similar role, preferably in the technology or software sector. * Basic knowledge of training and development techniques. * Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) software. * Experience using enterprise software. * Knowledge of evaluation techniques and measuring training effectiveness. * Ability to present and teach clearly and effectively. * Skill in creating engaging and effective teaching materials. * Ability to adapt to different learning styles and client needs. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Must have driver's license and be able to drive manual transmission * Conversational English (a plus) **Our benefits** * Competitive salary through full payroll with 100% IMSS benefits. * Statutory benefits from day one (vacations, Christmas bonus, profit sharing, INFONAVIT, FONACOT) * Birthday off * Employee benefits across various business platforms * Ongoing training and development * Recreational activities **Remember to update your contact information.** Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $12\.00 \- $13\.00 per month Application question(s): * What is your monthly salary expectation?
