### **Job Description:** We are looking for a professional with extensive experience in software development and technical leadership to manage teams, define architectures, and ensure successful project delivery. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the entire development lifecycle, from estimation and planning to tracking and control, ensuring quality and achievement of objectives. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage development teams, promoting best practices and collaboration. * Prepare estimates and work plans, ensuring proper resource allocation. * Monitor project progress, controlling deadlines and quality. * Design and maintain robust architectures based on **OOP**, **hexagonal architecture**, or **clean architecture** principles. * Develop solutions using **Java (11\+)**, **Spring Boot**, and **Angular (14\+)**. * Implement and consume **REST APIs**. * Manage relational databases, especially **Oracle (PL/SQL)**. * Ensure application integration and scalability. * Encourage initiative and proactivity within the team. * **8\+ years** of experience in software development. * Proven experience with **Java (11\+)**, **Spring Boot**, and **Angular (14\+)**. * Strong knowledge of **OOP** and clean architecture. * Experience in team management and technical leadership. * Knowledge of **REST APIs** and relational databases (**Oracle, PL/SQL**). * Experience in project design and control. ### **Desirable:** * Knowledge of containers (**Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift**). * Familiarity with **microservices** and integration patterns. * Experience with interaction and architectural diagrams. ### **Key Competencies:** * Leadership and team management. * Analytical thinking and results orientation. * Effective communication and collaborative work. * Proactivity and initiative for continuous improvement.
