




Human Resources Profile: **Position:** Human Resources Assistant **Job Description:** The human resources assistant is responsible for the comprehensive management of human capital within the company, promoting a healthy work environment, facilitating recruitment and selection processes, managing employee benefits, and collaborating in the development of labor policies aligned with organizational strategy. **Responsibilities:** * Manage employee selection processes. * Coordinate induction and training for new employees. * Administer employee benefits (health insurance, bonuses, etc.). * Provide support in resolving labor conflicts. * Manage personnel files, contracts, and records. * Participate in the development and execution of employee wellness programs. * SUA, IMSS, IDSE, SIPARE, PAYROLLS **Requirements:** * University degree in accounting, business administration, human resources, or related fields. * Experience * Knowledge of labor legislation and labor relations. * Good communication and conflict resolution skills. * Proficiency in human resources management software tools. * Proactivity, organization, and service orientation. **Desirable Skills:** * Ability to work in teams and manage projects. * Empathy and ability to make objective decisions.
