Notify the Operations Supervisor of the number of shipments ready for dispatch to route. Inspect packages pending delivery from the previous day. Perform pickups at retail outlets (PDVs) or with customers. Inform security guards about access to and exit from the COP. Separate shipments with warranty coverage.
