We are looking for a licensed Architect with experience in the development of executive projects for large-scale social housing and proficiency in BIM methodology. The position focuses on planning, coordination, and supervision of master plans including large-scale subdivisions (5,000 to 10,000 homes), as well as urbanization and infrastructure works. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and manage housing master plans and executive projects. * Coordinate project execution using BIM methodology. * Develop industrialization strategies for production (sequential processes, molds, standardization). * Validate land yields (sellable area, donations). * Coordinate and supervise urbanization projects: earthworks, platforms, potable water and drainage networks, electrical systems, public lighting, pavements, and sidewalks. * Manage relationships with external architecture, urban planning, and engineering firms. * Conduct field visits (1 or 2 times per month). **Requirements** * Education: Degree in Architecture (degree required). * Experience: 4 to 6 years in a similar role. * Expert in BIM. * Proven experience in large-scale social housing projects. * Knowledge of urbanization and infrastructure. * Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and external firms. **We Offer** * Net salary: $70,000 to $80,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Major Medical Insurance. * Grocery vouchers. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
