Die Casting Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking talent to supervise and optimize die casting processes in the automotive sector, with a focus on results and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of die casting processes (aluminum/zamak). 2. Analysis and resolution of issues in die-cast parts. 3. Coordination with key departments for continuous improvement. At **NEDEC México**, we seek talent with experience in **die casting** processes within the automotive sector, oriented toward results and continuous improvement. ✅ Responsibilities: * Supervise and optimize die casting processes (aluminum/zamak). * Implement process parameter improvements (temperature, pressure, cycle times). * Analyze and resolve part-related issues (porosity, flash, cracks, etc.). * Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Maintenance departments. * Monitor scrap rate, efficiency, and OEE metrics. * Participate in new product launches and mold validation. ✅ Requirements: * Mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgical Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in die casting processes (automotive sector). * Knowledge of quality tools (Core Tools, FMEA, PPAP, APQP). * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD\&T. * Intermediate/advanced English (preferred).
