RESPONSIBILITIES: • Technical requirement gathering with customers: understanding automation requirements, process analysis, and scope definition. • Selection of electrical and electronic components for control systems according to specifications and budget. • Assembly and wiring of electrical control panels and devices. • PLC programming in Ladder, FBD, and SCL languages, based on the platform required by the project. • HMI screen programming and configuration for process monitoring and operation. • On-site installation and commissioning of automated systems at the customer’s facility. • Preparation and review of electrical schematics using EPLAN or equivalent software. • Field troubleshooting and fault resolution during and after commissioning. • Technical coordination with mechanical design teams for electromechanical system integration. • Technical documentation: calculation reports, operation manuals, and as\-built drawings per project.
