In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex frontend solutions while helping shape frontend architecture and development standards. * As a senior contributor, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into polished user experiences. You will have a strong voice in technical decisions, help improve performance and maintainability, and actively contribute to a culture of clean code, collaboration, and continuous improvement. * Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React * Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using JavaScript (ES6\+) and TypeScript * Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers * Take ownership of frontend architecture and contribute to technical decisions * Optimize application performance and ensure high code quality * Review code, mentor other developers, and promote best development practices * Participate in planning, estimation, and technical discussions * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex frontend issues * Requirements: Strong commercial experience with React * Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript * Solid understanding of component\-based architecture and modern frontend patterns * Experience with state management solutions (e.g. Redux, Zustand, React Query, or similar) * Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design * Experience working with REST APIs (and/or GraphQL) * Familiarity with version control systems (Git) * Ability to work independently and take responsibility for results * Nice to have: Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks * Knowledge of frontend testing (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.) * Experience with performance optimization and accessibility (a11y) * Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern build tools * Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
