Job Description Job Summary Design preventive and dynamic training, primarily using digital platforms and media (Rewo), to help employees acquire foundational knowledge for their development within the organization. Key Responsibilities § Create/edit courses using digital media/Rewo platform to produce engaging and high-quality content. § Conduct assessments. § Establish databases to organize, maintain, and retrieve training, assessment, and course renewal records. § Contribute to the continuous improvement system. § And any other activities not explicitly listed but falling within the scope of this position. Skills Job Requirements Performance Indicators Completion of courses required by customers and auditors. Course evaluation (videos). Content Duration Course approval. Education Level: Industrial Design Engineering / Marketing / Industrial Designer and/or focused on graphic and visual arts. Skills: § Proficiency in platforms, social media, digital design, and application of artificial intelligence § Creative. § Oral and written communication skills. § Ability to deliver creative, effective, and concise presentations.
