"Passionate about Customers" and become a certified international specialist!**Your Responsibilities:*** Notify clients of the arrival of goods requiring compliance with any regulation. * Track and advise on compliance with import regulations for products. * Make and receive phone calls to importers, adhering to quality protocols to meet performance indicators (%GOS). * Interact with various internal departments involved in the import process to ensure effective releases. * Request payment of taxes for imports as required. * Provide timely responses to emails from internal and external customers and leaders, offering effective answers to their requests. * Guide customers through various options for shipment release. * Review and validate documents received from clients. * Enter alerts into different electronic tools to ensure visibility of tracking and communication with internal and external customers. * Ensure that information declared in the proforma\-customs document is accurate based on documentation data. * Validate legal names registered in the importers' registry, as well as patent registration\-approval. * Monitor pre-alerts of shipments in transit. * Review instruction letters in electronic tools to expedite the type of shipment release. * Guarantee customs clearance payment on day 0 and day 1. * Ensure timely notification of assigned tracking numbers within the stipulated schedule. **Your Profile:*** Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, or related field; graduated or recent graduate. * Experience in foreign trade procedures and documentation. * Intermediate\-advanced English (for handling calls and email responses). * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). **Competencies:*** Ability to handle difficult situations. * Handling difficult customers. * Active listening. * Service attitude. * Ability to work under pressure. * Assertive communication. * Management and organization. * Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. * Teamwork. * Customer focus. **Our Offer:*** Competitive salary * 30-day Christmas bonus * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Monthly performance bonus * Life insurance * Major medical expenses coverage * 12 days of vacation Do you identify with this profile and are you challenged by these tasks and responsibilities?
