Development of personnel strategies and continuous improvement **RH HUNTING is seeking a Field Supervisor in Cuauhtémoc, Chihuahua** ----------------------------------------------------------------- We are currently looking for a **Workshop Supervisor!** **Work Modality:** 100% on-site. **Work Location:** CDMX and occasionally out-of-town. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or technical degree (in progress or completed). * Minimum **3 years of experience as an industrial workshop supervisor** (any type). * Knowledge of personnel administration, reporting systems, basic mathematics, and KPI management. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Valid Type A driver's license. * **Flexible working hours.** **Responsibilities:** * Ensure that work evidence matches actual information. * Strengthen daily work schedule preparation and daily task assignment to staff. * Validate data reconciliation and cross-checking, ensuring correct upload of information. * Maintain direct communication with workshop managers and clients regarding billing and quotation matters. * Process customer warranty requests and notify General Management. * Guarantee delivery of customer-signed receipts. * Address and follow up on any irregularities, receive daily reports from workshop managers, and record daily attendance and incidents. * Receive, validate, and deliver quality control reports. * Generate reports, administrative absence notices, and/or administrative incident reports. * Maintain feedback with all involved parties. * Coordinate and suggest staff training processes. * Propose and monitor strategies focused on personnel and client engagement, quality processes, and implementation of ongoing improvements. **Skills:** * Leadership * Effective communication * Planning * Negotiation * Conflict resolution * Decision-making **We Offer:** * Base salary of $24,000 net (negotiable based on experience). * Statutory benefits (effective from day one of employment). * Standard vehicle for work-related transportation. * Travel allowances. * Mobile phone or tablet for work-related activities. * Training and onboarding. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday; Sunday off (subject to operational needs) **Desired Education Level:** Upper Secondary Education **Desired Experience Level:** Expert Level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Automotive *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69a221892500002c00aefe13\&source\=indeed*
