Provide first-level technical support to users through ticketing systems, chat, and internal platforms. Handle requests and incidents clearly, effectively, and with excellent service attitude. Collaborate with a team focused on continuous improvement and quality service. · What qualifications do you need to apply? Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Systems, Informatics, or related field (DIPLOMA AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSE REQUIRED). Proficient use of computers and technological tools. Preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience in technical support campaigns (via phone, chat, email, or tickets). · What do we offer?
