




Position Summary: We are seeking a Labor Relations Assistant — a lawyer with corporate experience — to manage terminations, disciplinary actions, employment contracts, and ensure legal compliance within an operational environment. Implement and monitor disciplinary measures. Calculate severance payments. Prepare monthly reports. Advise operational departments on best practices in labor relations. Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law and other applicable regulations. Draft, execute, and safeguard employment contracts. Prepare and implement administrative minutes and corrective measures. Administer employee resignation and termination processes.
