Its portfolio includes innovative learning solutions that combine robust pedagogical methodologies with cutting-edge digital tools. **POSITION PROFILE** We are seeking an **Instructional Design Specialist** with solid experience in developing corporate training programs, capable of designing effective pedagogical strategies, drafting course outlines, and developing high-impact learning materials. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS** ▪ Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Communication Sciences, or related fields (degree completion preferred) ▪ Minimum 4 years of verifiable experience in Instructional Design ▪ Proficiency in drafting course outlines / syllabi ▪ Experience designing corporate training programs ▪ Ability to structure pedagogical content aligned with learning objectives **DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE** ▪ Proficiency with design tools such as Canva or other visual platforms ▪ Knowledge of gamification techniques applied to learning ▪ Experience with LMS or e-learning platforms ▪ Familiarity with agile methodologies applied to training projects **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** ▪ Design and develop specialized training programs for corporate clients ▪ Draft course outlines, learning guides, and instructional materials ▪ Define learning objectives, content, activities, and assessment criteria ▪ Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to validate content ▪ Adapt pedagogical methodologies to various formats: in-person, virtual, hybrid ▪ Ensure quality and consistency of developed materials **OFFER:** Gross Monthly Salary: $18,000 – $21,000 MXN Benefits: Statutory benefits Work Arrangement: Hybrid — 3 days office / 2 days remote Location: Paseo de la Reforma area, CDMX.
