Quality Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to inspect products, perform sampling, manage non-conformities, and participate in continuous improvement and quality audits. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and effective communication **Requirements:** Completed education in: Technician or Engineer in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Desirable in quality control. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Execute and comply with the Master Quality Plan for product inspection at all process stages. 2\. Inspect and/or test products to determine compliance with specified requirements. 3\. Perform the acceptance sampling plan during the assigned shift and process. 4\. Responsible handling and care of equipment, tools, and materials in the Quality Control Laboratory. 5\. Determine final disposition of non-conforming products. 6\. Promptly communicate specification non-compliance to relevant stakeholders. 7\. Generate records of activities related to their functions. 8\. Collaborate in continuous improvement initiatives with buyers and suppliers. 9\. Participate in SMETA 4-Pillar Social Responsibility Program activities as applicable: Labor Standards, Health and Safety, Environment, and Business Practices. 10\. Participate in internal and external audit cycles. Desirable knowledge in: Operation and use of laboratory equipment (Vernier caliper, micrometer, potentiometer, manual piston burette). Statistical Process Control Acceptance Sampling Good Laboratory Practices MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Skills:** Teamwork, service-oriented attitude, proactive, effective communication, analytical, organized, meticulous, and punctual.
