Universidad Humanitas is seeking a SCHOOL RECORDS EXECUTIVE for our Santa Fé campus. **Responsibilities** * Prepare full and partial certificates. * Support the preparation of academic diplomas and degrees. * Issue graduate letters, special certifications, and social service certificates. * Control and safeguard acknowledgments of document delivery and receipt. * Prepare statistical reports for the SEP. * Support school coordination across campuses. * Conduct academic validations. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, or Administration. * 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits. * Base salary. * Meal allowance. * Scholarship program.
