Position Summary: We are seeking a Bakery/Pastry Assistant with experience in preparation, assembly, and decoration of products, committed to quality and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Commitment to cleanliness and maintenance of the work area. ***BAKERY / PASTRY ASSISTANT*** **Requirements:** * Age: 20 to 30 years old. * Gender: Indifferent. * Education: Secondary school. * Experience: Minimum 6 months in bakery/pastry. **Skills:** * Knowledge of preparation, assembly, and decoration of bakery and pastry products, and of operating machinery and utensils in this area. * Attention to detail for accurately measuring ingredients and decorating products. * Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks with quality and speed. * Skill in collaborating and communicating effectively with other team members. * Adherence to recipes and established procedures with precision. * Willingness to alternate between bakery and pastry tasks as needed. * Commitment to cleanliness and maintenance of the work area. * Flexibility to adapt to change. **Responsibilities:** * Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients according to established recipes for cakes, gelatins, etc. * Prepare and assemble bakery and pastry products. * Decorate products, ensuring consistent quality and aesthetics. * Maintain the work area, utensils, and equipment clean and organized. * Assist in inventory control of supplies and materials, as well as in receiving and storing raw materials. * Strictly adhere to food hygiene and safety standards at all times. * Work collaboratively with other bakery and pastry staff and follow instructions from the head chef or lead pastry chef. **We Offer:** * Net salary: $10,000 per month. * Cafeteria service. * Statutory benefits. * Weekly payments. * Two mid-week days off. * Excellent working environment. * 9-hour shift: morning or afternoon. **NOTE:** Send us a message via WhatsApp at 55 2702 4190 with your CV or completed application form and the name of the vacancy to schedule an interview.
