




Position Summary: Responsible for end-to-end management of accounting, treasury, and tax compliance, ensuring financial accuracy and professional representation of the company. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the full accounting cycle and tax compliance. 2. Controls cash flow and supplier relationships. 3. Requires executive presence and professional ethics. **Position Objective** To manage the company’s accounting, treasury, and tax compliance functions from end to end. Directly responsible for numerical accuracy, cash flow control, and the firm’s professional representation before external institutions. **1\. Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (**Degree and Professional License mandatory**). * **Experience:** 2–3 years in General Accounting or Accounting Supervisory roles, with demonstrable mastery of the entire accounting cycle. * **Image:** **Exceptional presentation and executive presence.** Must project order, meticulousness, and high professional competence. * **Software:** Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, CONTPAQi or similar) and advanced Excel. **2\. Operational Responsibilities (What to DO)A. Accounting and Tax** * **Full Accounting Cycle:** Journal entry recording, bank reconciliations, and monthly closings under Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF). * **Tax Filings:** Calculation and submission of federal taxes (Income Tax, VAT, Withholdings) and local taxes. * **Financial Statements:** Preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statement for management review. **B. Treasury, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP)** * **Cash Management:** Daily monitoring of balances and weekly payment planning. * **Accounts Payable (AP):** Direct interaction with suppliers, invoice validation, and payment scheduling. * **Accounts Receivable (AR):** Collection management and aging report of outstanding balances. * **Banking:** Bank transactions, credit line management, and authorized signatory administration. **C. Procurement and Expense Control** * **Procurement Management:** Validation of purchase requisitions and identification of cost efficiencies. * **OPEX Control:** Ensuring operational expenses remain within the approved budget. * **3\.
