Madero We are seeking a Procurement Analyst with proven experience in supplier management, negotiation, and purchase order control within operational (industrial) environments. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Commercial Relations or related field (degree holder) * 2 years of experience in Procurement * Direct experience in: * Comparative quotation from multiple suppliers * Preparation and control of purchase orders * Validation of internal requisitions * Negotiation of commercial terms (price, credit, delivery timelines) * Review and validation of invoices for payment scheduling * Supplier follow-up and performance evaluation * Intermediate Excel skills (tables, comparisons, procurement tracking) **Responsibilities:** * Ensure timely supply and delivery of supplies and services * Optimize procurement costs and terms * Coordinate with Finance on payment scheduling * Document control for procurement and suppliers * Support internal audits * Quotation and distribution of uniforms to staff **We Offer:** * $17,000 to $18,000 monthly (based on experience) * Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm * Statutory benefits * Cafeteria service * Savings fund * Direct hiring Interested candidates please share your updated CV through this channel.
