




Corbuma is a leading company in the manufacturing and distribution of food products in Central America and the Caribbean, seeking a Marketing Manager to design, plan, and drive the business plan for its brands, detailing the portfolio, promotional plan, commercial dynamics, competitive analysis, sales forecast, and pricing structures of our products, while managing and controlling the marketing budget for our brands in the country. ACTIVITIES Create value chains\- price lists to ensure the gross margin of each brand under responsibility Analyze and present sell-in and sell-out data for assigned brands Track and analyze each SKU by channel Suggest products for sell-in in coordination with the Purchasing Department Propose and develop point-of-sale actions Coordinate approval, activation, and deactivation of bonuses, promotions, and price changes in the system for proper execution of the commercial plan. Conduct market research through periodic visits to points of sale and reporting on competitors’ pricing, competitors’ innovations, market size and category based on shelf visualization, market opportunity analysis, and brand penetration Deliver sales presentations to customers using the product catalog available for each channel Design and present promotional plans to commercial teams (Managers, Department Heads, and Sales Force) and key customers to achieve sales objectives. Collaborate with and lead, together with Demand Planning, Rolling Forecast meetings (Sales Forecast) with Channel Managers and Heads to ensure appropriate inventory management.
