Real growth opportunities based on performance and commitment We are looking for **a Kitchen Supervisor** with leadership and organizational skills, responsible for coordinating kitchen operations and supervising daily production, ensuring compliance with hygiene, control, and quality guidelines. **Responsibilities** * Coordination and supervision of kitchen operational staff. * Supervision of production processes, ensuring quality and food safety. * Inventory management and control under the FIFO method. * Verification and validation of project-specific departure checklists. * Development, monitoring, and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs). * Planning and preparation of purchase requisitions and inventory control. * Receipt and registration of event requests. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree. * Experience managing personnel (mandatory). * Experience in the food industry (industrial cafeterias, restaurants, corporate events, etc.). * Basic inventory and supply control skills. * Ability to lead, train, and evaluate kitchen staff. **We Offer:** * **Competitive and negotiable salary**, based on your experience. * **Statutory benefits from day one.** * **Real growth opportunities** within the company, based on your performance and commitment.
