




**Job Description:** **HR Assistant**, responsible for supporting administrative and operational processes within the HR department, as well as maintaining effective communication in **English** with internal or external personnel. **Responsibilities:** 1. Prepare and present monthly HR KPI reports. 2. Compile and translate procedures, indicators, manuals, instructions, presentations, and all other materials related to HR, Safety, Environmental, and Corporate Reporting areas. 3. Review, process, and maintain control over payments for HR department services. 4. Administer, monitor, and process payments to external vendors associated with the HR department. 5. Manage payment and procurement requests related to the HR department. 6. Administer and manage the company’s internal events. 7. Provide support and assistance in various HR activities (e.g., supporting specific departments, social events, etc.). 8. Administer, manage, and ensure the supply of materials for meeting rooms and their respective events. 9. Administer and assist in tracking the HR Manager’s schedule and related activities. 10. Maintain and archive employee personnel files. 11. Draft and monitor vendor contracts. 12.
