Development of visual framework and optimized shooting schedule We seek a creative individual responsible for planning and executing audiovisual content. Objective: Ensure optimal execution of audiovisual production to achieve the final result requested by project managers; integrating creative functions, editing, and delivery. Responsibilities * Analyze each scene, dialogue, and transition for narrative purposes * Develop the visual framework for each sequence * Establish the shooting order to optimize resources * Coordinate with directors of photography, sound, art, costume, and makeup to align the creative vision * Select locations by evaluating spaces considering technical aspects such as natural lighting, acoustics, and equipment placement possibilities * Edit video for reels Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Production, etc. * Proficiency in Adobe Suite, DaVinci Resolve (color grading), Final Cut Pro (macOS), and Filmora, etc. * Experience as an editor/director. * Full-time on-site availability Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. **Desirable:** Portfolio of projects For more information: * Send your portfolio and updated CV to: **ariana.f@fissiongroup.com** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
