Identify discrepancies, shortages, overages, or damaged goods. Supervise product arrangement and classification by model, brand, or capacity. Ensure proper product labeling and coding. Validate purchase and receipt documentation. Coordinate warehouse and inventory personnel. Generate inventory and product turnover reports. Monitor slow-moving items or overstock situations. Track warranties and returns. Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness. Verify compliance with internal processes and policies. Support internal and external audits. Review minimum and maximum stock levels. Coordinate replenishment with purchasing and sales departments. Supervise loading and unloading of goods. Control high-value equipment and sensitive merchandise.
