Position Summary: Fixed Asset Analyst responsible for managing and controlling assets, supervising investments, conducting physical audits, ensuring quality of asset receipt, as well as developing internal policies and reports. DE C.V. is recruiting a Fixed Asset Analyst in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Profile Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accountancy, or Finance (Professional Title and Professional License are mandatory). Experience: 2 to 5 verifiable years of experience in fixed asset management and control. Technical Tools: SAP Business One: Experience in data querying and entry (mandatory). Advanced Excel: Proficient handling of databases, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters, and search/reference formulas. Availability: Full availability for nationwide travel to conduct physical inventories at warehouses and medical units. Key Responsibilities: SAP Integrated Management: Execute asset additions, disposals, labeling, updates, transfers, and reclassifications. Investment Control: Supervise ongoing investment projects and ensure proper accounting capitalization. Physical Audit: Conduct physical and electronic inventories of investment assets across each medical unit and warehouse. Quality Control: Verify that asset receipt occurs under optimal conditions. Internal Regulations: Develop procedures and policies to ensure strict asset control. Reporting: Generate detailed reports on inventory results. Offer and Benefits: Monthly Salary: MXN $18,000.00 to MXN $22,000.00 gross (adjustable based on experience). 100% IMSS registration from day one.
