Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage all aspects of payroll calculation, tax computations, and administrative procedures with institutions such as IMSS, Infonavit, and Fonacot. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (degree required). Residence within no more than a 1-hour commute from the work location. Experience with payroll systems/ERP. Proficiency in portals: SAT, IDSE, and SUA. Knowledge of Infonavit and Fonacot. Experience in weekly and biweekly payroll processing. Knowledge of tax and variable calculations. Main Responsibilities Receiving and tracking payroll incidents. Calculating overtime hours (double and triple time). Preparing pre-payroll and payroll (weekly and biweekly). Generating layouts for disbursement. Calculating federal and state taxes. Processing IMSS transactions (registrations, terminations, and modifications). Generating accounting vouchers. Processing IMSS, Infonavit, and Fonacot payments. Supporting audits and financial reviews. Calculating risk premium. Providing employee support and assistance. What Do We Offer?
