You will provide specialized technical support for **arthroscopic surgical procedures (knee, shoulder, ankle, and wrist).** **Responsibilities** * Preparation and verification of the operating room prior to each procedure. * Inspection, control, and assembly of surgical instruments and equipment. * Direct assistance to the specialist physician during surgery. * Operation of the arthroscopy tower and support in minimally invasive procedures. * Supervision of appropriate use of implants and medical devices. * Preparation of postoperative reports. * Inventory management of assigned items and compliance with hospital protocols. **What We Are Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field (degree and professional license mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience as: Surgical Instrumentation Nurse, **or** Surgical Technician, **or** Circulating Nurse with operating room experience. * Arthroscopy experience is desirable but not mandatory. * Knowledge of surgical instrumentation and medical equipment handling. * Availability to travel to various hospitals in CDMX. **We Offer** * Salary: $13,900 MXN per month (take-home pay) * Food vouchers: $1,100 MXN per month * Commissions for assisted surgeries * Statutory benefits * Utility vehicle for transportation * Biweekly payroll Work location: CDMX (Tlalpan and assigned hospitals) Salary: Starting from $13,900.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Company-provided vehicle * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Application question(s): * Do you hold a nursing or surgical instrumentation technician degree and professional license? * Have you assisted in arthroscopic, trauma, or orthopedic surgeries? * Do you hold a valid driver’s license?
