Equipment and oven process management We are Grupo Ojeda, a growing metalworking company, and we are looking for an Electrostatic Painter Requirements: • Education: Secondary school • Experience: Minimum 2 years in the position Responsibilities: • Part preparation: Clean, degrease, and verify that metal parts are dry before application. • Electrostatic spray gun application: Use powder coating equipment to cover surfaces, ensuring uniform coverage on corners and hard-to-reach areas. • Equipment and paint management: Adjust voltage charge, powder flow, and spray gun pressure according to material type. • Oven process: Place parts into the curing oven • Quality control: Inspect paint adhesion and thickness to ensure high-quality finish.
