Availability to work night shifts **Location:** LABORATORIO DURAN, Texcoco, State of Mexico **Job Description:** We are looking for a responsible, empathetic, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a **Night Shift Receptionist**. You will be the first point of contact with our patients during nighttime hours; therefore, delivering professional, warm, and efficient service is essential. **Essential Requirements:** * Minimum of **1–2 years of experience in reception or customer service** (preferably in hospitals, clinics, or private practices) * **Excellent personal appearance** * **VEHICLE HANDLING KNOWLEDGE** * **Service-oriented attitude and friendly demeanor** * Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Office suite** and administrative skills * **Availability to work night shifts** (from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM) Weekends: from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM; Sunday: from 2:00 PM to 7:00 AM (12x36 schedule\) — one working day followed by one rest day * **Availability to work in Texcoco** * Minimum education: **high school diploma or technical/administrative vocational training** **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and assist patients and their families * Register patient admissions and discharges in the system * Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately * Coordinate medical appointments and referrals with other departments * Maintain the reception area in order and uphold a professional demeanor * Sample collection and staff transportation **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary * Timely payment * Statutory benefits * Job stability Employment Type: Part-time Salary: $10,712.56 – $11,562.27 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
