Currently, we are seeking a **Store Trainer**, an organized, responsible individual with attention to detail who will contribute to controlling and improving the efficiency of our logistics operations. **What will you do?** * Conduct operational and administrative onboarding for new staff. * Reinforce team skills to improve performance. * Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. * Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions. * Provide support to Retail Management and Leadership. * Supervise the progress and implementation of training. **What are we looking for?** * Age: 25 to 35 years old. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or related field. * Experience: 3 years (in Sales and Customer Service). * Preferred: 2 years (as a training instructor). * Skills: Organization, attention to detail, and teamwork. **We offer:** * Monthly salary: $12,000.00 * 12 days of vacation. * 15-day Christmas bonus (aguinaldo). * Monthly punctuality and attendance bonus: 8%. * Vacation premium: 25%. * Statutory benefits plus: INFONAVIT, FONACOT, optional savings fund, and 5% savings fund contribution. * Grocery vouchers: $1,000 monthly. * Life insurance. * Job stability and professional development. **Work schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. * Saturdays: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.
