At CELMILENIUM, we are currently seeking a Corporate Implementation Specialist focused on corporate client service, administrative follow-up, and post-sales support. **Position Objective** Provide corporate client service and follow-up, ensuring accurate service administration, billing, reporting, and operational control of lines and devices. **Requirements:** * Technical high school diploma, commercial degree, or completed/unfinished undergraduate degree in economics or administration. * Minimum 1 year of experience serving corporate or business clients. * Knowledge of administrative processes and post-sales follow-up. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Strong verbal communication skills and client-facing aptitude. **Responsibilities:** * Corporate client service and follow-up. * Resolution and follow-up of post-sales issues. * Administration of service and equipment payments and invoices. * Downloading and preparation of reports. * Control and allocation of mobile devices. * Administrative and operational follow-up of corporate accounts. **We Offer:** * A monthly gross salary of **$14,000** — an excellent start to your future! * **IMSS, Infonavit, vacation days, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), and vacation premium.** * Working hours: **Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM** * Day off: **Sunday** If you are interested in joining our team, we invite you to apply. **We value your talent and look forward to building a better future together!** **At GRUPO CELMI, every talent matters and every person is important!** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Eligibility for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Application question(s): * Are you immediately available to start working? * Please provide a phone number where we can reach you.
