




Job Summary: Supervise and prepare fresh menu items, ensuring quality, hygiene, and presentation, while maintaining the work area and equipment in optimal condition. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and attractive presentation of fresh dishes. 2. Ensuring food quality and hygiene standards. 3. Maintaining a clean and organized work area and equipment. * Prepare and supervise daily preparation of fresh menu items, presenting dishes attractively in accordance with product sensitivity and dish presentation standards. * Ensure all prepared foods meet quality and food hygiene handling standards. * Validate food cooking processes at various temperatures. * Ensure proteins and seafood meet established quality standards regarding sensitivity. * Ensure production sheets comply with the daily par stock requirements. * Keep the grill, broiler, and/or Josper areas clean. * Store all protein preparations in labeled, rotated inserts under appropriate conditions and at the specified temperature. * Complete the warehouse requisition form accurately and daily. * Maintain clean and sanitized cutting boards throughout service. * Ensure plates, tableware, and glassware are clean and ready for dish service. * Supervise proper handling of all work equipment at all times.
