Committed to medical excellence, patient safety, and the development of our talent. **Position: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYST** Contact via WhatsApp at 5580313863 Interviews from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on May 25 Requirements: **Bachelor's degree in Accounting with diploma and professional license (non-negotiable)** **Availability for immediate interview and onboarding** **Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable** Responsibilities: Validate, record, and manage supplier invoice payment processing, ensuring compliance with internal policies, tax requirements, and established payment timelines. Administer requests for advances, reimbursements, and expense verifications from internal users, ensuring proper documentation control and correct accounting application. Monitor and reconcile supplier account statements, identifying discrepancies, outstanding items, and ensuring accurate balance consolidation. Provide telephone and email support and guidance to suppliers and internal departments, resolving queries related to payments, invoicing, and administrative procedures. Prepare reports, financial analyses, and databases to support month-end closing, audits, and tracking of Accounts Payable performance indicators. Collaborate with Procurement, Accounting, Treasury, and Warehouse departments to ensure efficient financial information flow and proper payment management. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Rotating Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. We offer: Gross monthly salary of $21,800 Statutory benefits. Profit-sharing.
