At Grupo Imagen Multimedia, we are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic accounting professional to join us as an Exchange Coordinator. Your mission will be to ensure transparency, control, and operational efficiency in our non-monetary commercial negotiations, guaranteeing that each exchange adds value to our organization. This position is critical to maintaining administrative order and financial health across our alliances. If you possess a solid accounting background and are motivated by managing dynamic commercial processes, we want to meet you. How will you contribute? Operational Management: You will track, manage, and review the scheduling of transfer cross-matches. Asset Control: You will coordinate and conduct physical inventories and periodic reviews across our various locations. Contractual Management: You will draft and review exchange agreements, ensuring negotiations align with Group policies. Tax and Financial Compliance: You will oversee product invoicing, campaign provision controls, and reviews of customer and supplier portfolios. Auditing and Reporting: You will handle internal and external audits, ensuring full documentary control over all Group exchanges. Specialized Support: You will provide direct support and service to exchange clients to ensure smooth commercial relationships. What we seek in you Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Mandatory). Experience: 2–5 years of experience in accounting or administrative coordination roles. Technical Tools: Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel for technical reporting). Competencies: Strong analytical and organizational skills, audit focus, and excellent negotiation abilities. What we offer Monthly salary: $23,000.10 gross. Benefits: Statutory benefits.
