Job Summary: Ensure the accurate assembly, picking, and distribution of local and external orders using manual handling equipment and forklifts, in compliance with food safety and occupational safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate forklifts and hydraulic pallet jacks safely and efficiently. 2. Assemble, arrange, and palletize orders while maintaining allergen control. 3. Supply and transport raw materials and finished products. A company dedicated to manufacturing bakery and confectionery supplies is seeking: Warehouse Preparer (Picker / Forklift Operator). **Job Objective:** Ensure the accurate assembly, picking, and distribution of local and external orders using manual handling equipment and forklifts, performing stacking, palletizing, stock rotation, and goods retrieval in accordance with the company’s food safety, quality, and occupational safety regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Carry out assigned tasks in the corresponding area program (loading, unloading, and rack placement). * Operate forklifts and hydraulic pallet jacks safely and efficiently, verifying compliance with safety regulations to protect racks, goods, and pedestrians. * Assemble, arrange, palletize, and conduct inventory of orders, ensuring pallet stability, proper product rotation (FIFO), and allergen control in assigned zones. * Supply, transport, and transfer raw materials and finished products to production centers or distribution routes, following prior coordination with the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months of verifiable operational experience in warehousing (picking, packing, or general assistance), supported by employment certificates. * **Technical Knowledge:** Safe operation of forklifts. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $12,379, net salary of $10,221 (payments via HSBC) * Monthly food vouchers worth $1,200 * Direct employment with the company. * Opportunities for career growth. **Rotating Shift Schedules:** * **Morning Shift:** Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00 hrs; Saturday, 06:00–12:00 hrs * **Afternoon Shift:** Monday to Friday, 14:00–21:30 hrs; Saturday, 12:00–18:00 hrs * **Night Shift:** Monday to Friday, 21:30–05:00 hrs; Saturday, 15:00–21:00 hrs *(Note: Shifts rotate every two months)* Interested candidates should apply through this channel.
