Madero State of Mexico Locations: Metro Impulsora Requirements: Dynamic individual with a passion for preparing food on charcoal grills, and a desire to advance and build a corporate career. Education: Completed high school. Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar position, cooking chicken and pork on charcoal. Age: 22 to 30 years old. Gender: No preference. Location: Must reside in or near the municipalities listed above. Responsibilities: * Ignite charcoal embers on grills measuring 1.5 x 2 m within 30 minutes. * Skill in cooking chicken, pork ribs, and hamburgers over charcoal embers. * Manage simultaneous cooking batches of 30 or more chickens within 30 minutes. * Ability to organize and fulfill 5 service orders in parallel on the grill. * Physical inventory recording in freezer and grill areas. * Excellent, friendly customer service. * Excellent interpersonal skills with coworkers. * Enthusiasm for achieving goals and implementing company policies. Schedule: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM; one semi-fixed day off per week.
