You will be responsible for contacting customers with pending payments, negotiating agreements, and following up on portfolio recovery while maintaining effective and professional communication. Main Responsibilities: Contacting customers by phone to remind them of payments. Negotiating payment agreements and commitments. Following up on assigned portfolio. Recording interactions in the system. Requirements: High school diploma or higher. Experience in call center collections (preferred). Basic computer skills. Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. Valid documentation.
