Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring the proper operation of equipment and facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities 2. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and/or hydraulic failures 3. Support improvements and optimization of equipment and infrastructure **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** Revillagigedo, Col. Centro (A few blocks from Palacio de Bellas Artes), CDMX. **Job Description:** We are looking for a Maintenance Technician responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities on equipment, facilities, and systems, ensuring their proper operation and operational continuity. **Requirements:** * Completed junior high school and high school * Technical certifications * Flexible availability * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in preventive and corrective maintenance * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in using tools * Service-oriented attitude **Desirable Knowledge in:** * Electricity * Plumbing * Finishing work * Painting * Electromechanics **Responsibilities:** * Inspect equipment and facilities * Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and/or hydraulic failures * Maintain records of completed work and failure reports * Comply with safety procedures and internal regulations * Support improvements and optimization of equipment and infrastructure * Coordinate with other departments when necessary **Benefits:** * Social security * Year-end bonus * Vacation days * Vacation premium * Net salary **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 13:00–22:00 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Sick leave days * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
