




**Job Objective** Accounting and tax control of the company, ensuring regulatory compliance and proper financial management. This role is critical to supporting Travel Viajes Group’s operations through accurate financial information, tax compliance, and improvement of accounting processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Record, analyze, and control daily accounting transactions. * Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Fulfill tax obligations (filings, payments, audits, and reconciliations). * Supervise bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. * Coordinate payroll registration for 100 employees jointly with the Human Resources department. * Participate in budget preparation and cost control. * Implement and optimize accounting processes using ERP or specialized software. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Ensure proper archiving of accounting documentation. * Report financial information to senior management and external accountants. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (mandatory). * Over 3 years of experience in general accounting, preferably in medium-sized companies or the tourism sector. * Up-to-date knowledge of Mexican tax and labor legislation. * Advanced proficiency in accounting systems (CONTPAQi, Aspel, SAP, etc.) and Excel. * Experience handling payroll, income tax (ISR), value-added tax (IVA), withholdings, and social security. * High attention to detail, professional ethics, and confidentiality. * Intermediate English (desirable).
