




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and develop technical maintenance services, managing programs, inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards for HVAC systems. Leadership, teamwork, and customer management Work Area: (50% office, 50% field) · We Offer: $16,000 to $18,000 net monthly + statutory benefits Weekly payment (Fridays) Ongoing training and certifications Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, or related field. Courses or certifications in HVAC systems, refrigeration, energy efficiency, or maintenance management (preferred), or general maintenance. Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems. Experience supervising technical teams and coordinating maintenance services. Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations applicable to HVAC systems. Mandatory Responsibilities: Ensure team members’ safety through strict enforcement of safety regulations. Prepare and manage weekly and monthly maintenance programs, as well as task assignments for the team. Conduct ongoing inspections of project and client facilities to identify issues and required maintenance. Supervise and deliver technical maintenance services. Receive maintenance reports, clarifications, and complaints, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of each request, in accordance with company standards. Coordinate and supervise contractor personnel (as applicable) for maintenance and installations, aligned with assigned tasks and projects. Ensure adherence to the defined maintenance budget. Supervise inventory of materials and equipment. Procure required materials and equipment for service delivery. Request budgets for corrective maintenance required under contracted agreements. Participate in project coordination and management. Guarantee compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations. · Technical Skills: Diagnosis and resolution of faults in air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems. Operation of chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, split systems, package units, VRF systems, compressors, and pumps. Knowledge of welding techniques. Management of preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Interpretation of mechanical and electrical drawings. Use of computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) and Microsoft Office. Soft Skills: Leadership and teamwork: Ability to coordinate technical staff and enhance their performance. Customer management: Skill in communicating with internal and external customers, resolving issues, and ensuring service satisfaction. Organization and planning: Efficient management of time, resources, and priorities. Decision-making: Ability to resolve operational problems under pressure. Additional Knowledge (Preferred): Environmental and safety regulations (ASHRAE, NOM, NFPA, etc.). Principles of energy efficiency in HVAC systems. Budgeting and cost control in maintenance. AutoCAD, Revit.
