Our products integrate design, neuroscience, and sensory therapies, manufactured under fair trade principles with a strong social commitment. **Position: Junior Designer** **Responsibilities** Participate in the complete product development cycle: from identifying needs, conceptualization, and prototyping to final production. Update the website with new products and make edits when necessary. Create visual materials and support sales narratives and social media communication. Collaborate on digital advertising and outreach strategies. Monitor quality control for artisanal and semi\-industrial production. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality standards and delivery timelines. Assist customers in resolving inquiries, supporting sales closure when automated systems cannot complete transactions. Participate in presentations, catalogs, and client materials. Learn how comprehensive management operates within a design enterprise. **Ideal Candidate Profile** Recently graduated in **Industrial Design, Fashion Design, or Communication**. Creative, proactive, organized, and responsible individual capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Interest in learning how a design business operates behind the scenes: from concept to sale. Sensitivity and curiosity towards socially and therapeutically impactful design. Interest in online sales, digital communication, and user experience.
