SWIMMING INSTRUCTOR Education: High school diploma and/or completed technical program; Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Sciences, or related field (completed or incomplete) — Physical Conditioning Certification. WSCA, NSSA, SICCED certifications. Experience: 1 year teaching swimming classes, including instruction for infants, children, and adults. Responsibilities: Provide customer service and attention; monitor customers’ physical safety; achieve monthly sales targets for sports programs; timely follow-up on the swimming academy (schedules, lesson plans, monthly evaluations); maintain clean and well-kept facilities; participate in departmental events. Competencies: Basic knowledge of first aid, pool safety, SICCED 1, proficiency in swimming strokes (minimum 50 meters per stroke).
