Position Summary: We are seeking an Events Coordinator to plan, organize, and supervise corporate, social, and political events while managing multiple tasks under pressure. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an Events Coordinator to join our Services and Events BK team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising corporate, social, and political events. Banquets, conferences, public events, trade fairs, etc. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and your capacity to work under pressure will be essential to the success of our events. We need someone with experience in event planning and coordination, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office for document, spreadsheet, and presentation management. You must demonstrate proven teamwork skills and a proactive attitude to resolve issues that may arise during event organization. Your role will involve coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and overseeing event logistics. Minimum requirements include relevant education and prior experience in event coordination.
