Position Summary: We are seeking a Sourcing Buyer to lead procurement strategy for a multinational entertainment company, managing domestic and international suppliers to ensure efficient procurement of goods and services. At CIRSA Mexico, we are looking for a Sourcing Buyer who will strategically coordinate and execute sourcing and procurement processes across all company categories, ensuring efficient management of domestic and international suppliers. Your Mission Ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective supply of goods and services for the organization through strategic procurement management, supplier negotiation, and cost control. Conduct quotations, tenders, and comparative analyses of costs, commercial terms, and delivery timelines. Proactively search for and evaluate suppliers in domestic and international markets. Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and contracts with strategic suppliers. Manage and administer commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Prepare expenditure analysis reports, supplier performance reports, and optimization opportunity reports. Develop and implement cost-saving and supply chain efficiency strategies. Coordinate sourcing processes aligned with internal policies and corporate financial objectives. Ensure correct usage and recording of transactions in SAP. What We Are Looking For In You Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience as a Sourcing Coordinator or Procurement Specialist. Experience in tendering processes, contractual negotiation, and expenditure analysis. Experience managing domestic and international suppliers. Participation in cost-optimization projects and savings initiatives. Proficiency in SAP. Business-level English (mandatory).
