We are looking for a **QA Coordinator** to lead the test strategy for large-scale telecommunications projects. You will be responsible for orchestrating the Master Test Plan, leading technical teams, and ensuring compliance with global quality standards. **Value Proposition** * **Work Location:** Col. del Valle, CDMX. * **Work Mode:** Hybrid (On-site / Remote). * **Salary:** Competitive, based on experience and leadership level. **Mandatory Requirements** * **Experience:** More than 6 years in QA, including at least **2 years leading high-performance teams**. * **Certification:** ISTQB Advanced Level (**Mandatory**). * **English:** Advanced (ability to deliver executive presentations and conduct fluent negotiations). * **Project Management:** Experience managing budgets, effort estimation, and *capacity planning*. * **Strategic Vision:** Ability to define automation architectures and functional and non-functional testing strategies. * **Lifecycle Expertise:** In-depth knowledge of SDLC and STLC. **Technology Tools** * **Management:** Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms. * **Metrics:** Tools for dashboard design, quality KPIs, and executive reporting. **Key Responsibilities** * **Strategy:** Design the Master Test Plan and automation strategy aligned with client objectives. * **Leadership:** Manage and develop the technical team (Test Engineers and Defect Managers). * **Governance:** Define, audit, and ensure compliance with quality KPIs and SLAs. * **Risk Management:** Anticipate operational blockers and manage critical escalations with *stakeholders*. * **Executive Communication:** Present value-driven results and metrics in steering and technology committees. **Soft Skills** * Inspirational leadership and talent management. * Assertive executive-level communication. * Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
