Implement improvements using Lean Manufacturing/Kaizen methodologies. Measure and optimize cycle times and motions. Reduce bottlenecks, scrap, and rework. Document processes and standardize operations. Collaborate closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams. Implement operational KPIs (efficiency, OEE, productivity). **Required Profile** Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field. Experience in process improvement within manufacturing environments. Proficiency in Lean tools, flowcharts, and line balancing.
