




**Location:** Mexico City **Business:** Nestlé **Years of experience:** 1 to 2 years as an HR Generalist or Business Partner. **Objective:** Support the implementation of HR strategy and operations by ensuring execution of key processes and business-unit-specific strategies defined by each Center of Expertise, thereby providing necessary advisory services and comprehensive solutions across the HR value chain. **A day in the life of:** 1\.\- Coordinate and execute strategies and plans aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining employees through the design and implementation of business-specific solutions developed by Centers of Expertise, to meet short- and long-term requirements and contribute to achieving Business Unit objectives. 2\.\- Support implementation of Local, NIM, and Global HR initiatives by defining the execution model aligned with the characteristics of each business and its workforce, ensuring sound decision-making on people development and performance based on reliable and timely information. 3\.\- Facilitate implementation of organizational structures by aligning business needs with organizational structure management processes and policies, ensuring an operational structure that enables achievement of business objectives while safeguarding employee well-being and capability. 4\.\- Facilitate talent management and personnel development by defining and tracking various actions and utilizing relevant corporate tools in coordination with the Center of Expertise, key line managers (leadership teams of each Business Unit), and local HR teams, thereby fostering a talent management culture that attracts, retains, and develops personnel possessing the competencies required by each Business Unit. 5\.\- Ensure workplace coexistence among individuals and teams complies with Nestlé’s leadership and corporate principles and external regulations, identifying behavioral opportunities and strengths that warrant rewards and/or consequences to promote a healthy working environment and regulatory compliance conducive to a high-performance culture. 6\.\- Verify fulfillment of the corporate promise to employees by overseeing benefit administration and corresponding payments, responding to service requests (clarifications, information, letters, etc.), and providing personnel with guidance responsive to their concerns, thereby satisfying basic needs and enabling the Organization to focus on business objectives. 7\.\- Identify general training needs for the business and/or staff areas by recognizing opportunities and coordinating with the Center of Expertise to ensure development of functional and leadership competencies required for each position. 8\.\- Manage and verify compliance with personnel administration (internal transfers, salary adjustments, rent assistance, supplementary payments, etc.) through personnel management processes to sustain continuity of the talent management strategy. **What makes you successful:** Experience in HR or business-related roles Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, HR Policies, and SAP (OM, PAT) Education in Business Administration / Psychology If you believe you have what it takes to become our next HRBP Specialist, we look forward to receiving your application!
