




Position Summary: We are seeking a Point-of-Sale Supervisor to lead and supervise sales teams, ensuring target achievement and managing commercial implementation in the beauty and fashion industry. Key Highlights: 1. Generate a client portfolio and drive sales of beauty and apparel products. 2. Supervise and monitor the sales team to ensure achievement of targets. 3. Train aesthetic center managers on the product portfolio and analyze performance indicators. **FOR GROWTH** We are a growing company in the perfume, beauty products, and apparel retail industry in Mexico, and we are currently seeking new team members as Point-of-Sale SUPERVISORS. * **Primary Responsibilities:** * Initially build a client portfolio (aesthetic centers) by showcasing the benefits and advantages of our products, then generate sales. * Supervise and monitor the sales team **Duties:** * Ensure achievement of sales volume targets. * Manage marketing materials. * Maintain standards for execution of marketing materials. * Implement the client's commercial plan. * Coach aesthetic center managers on the product portfolio. * Analyze and interpret sales performance indicators; identify opportunities. * Work under pressure. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service * Enjoy interacting with customers * Service-oriented attitude and results-driven mindset * Ability to work toward goals and collaborate effectively in a team * Professional appearance * Punctuality * Minimum education level: high school diploma Working hours: Monday to Saturday: 10:00 am \- 7:30 pm, Sunday: 11:00 am \- 6:30 pm Employment type: Full-time Salary: $6,000 biweekly.
